finding how to collect the keys
The accommodation itself is nice and in a lively neighborhood but I did not like it.

Check-in in a parking lot and the same for check-out. Unfriendly staff. No guidance. Going through 2 elevators to go back up with the luggage. No tableware. 4 cutleries and 2 glasses. Washing machine but nothing to hang the laundry. No sheets. And the air conditioning does not work. It's more like a fan.
I liked the complimentary drinking water and the living room's royal blue satin and rose gold theme! It was also nice to see the view of Bukit Ceylon from the level 12 pool area. On level 52 the view of KL Tower's gallery decks was quite awesome too. I also liked the soundproofed aspect of the rooms and the privacy and prestige of the place. I also liked the two floor-to-ceiling storage wardrobes. Great and inconspicuous storage area in its own corner... suitable for owners who have many items to store.

The gym was a bit strange and hard to notice. Did not have glass doors.
