The TV WiFi signal didn’t work for the 6 days we stayed there so only local TV service worked no Netflix or YouTube music nothing I mentioned to room service but it was like talking to a brick wall

The way the guard arranges parking. Congested area Parking Check out slow Lift worst And a group of Westerners occupied half the pool with alcohol and yet expect us to share the pool. Staff didn’t reprimand them. Club attached pool all same way...eww

When I entered the hotel at 8 pm, the room was not ready at all. My luggage came 30 minutes after I reached my room. The behavior of the staff was improper and unacceptable. I complained to the front desk about the issue on August 26 at 8.30 pm. But it seemed that the authority did not take that into consideration.
