I really have no idea where such a rating comes from. Dirty, noisy, impossible to charge the phone because the sockets are so worn out that the charger doesn't stay in + bedbugs bit all night. We didn't leave, we ran away.
SCAM. Impossible to reach. I tried to contact them numerous times to arrange check-in and got no reply. When I requested cancellation and a refund, they denied my refund and kept my money for a stay I never had. They literally stole my money.
The staff were incredible. They gave me an incredibly early wake-up call so that I could catch my flight as my phone was broken and I therefore had no alarm clock. Absolute superstars.
