A very abundant and varied breakfast to suit all tastes from different countries, the location is very good, close to all places to eat, hire tours, and many historical sites, the staff is friendly, attentive, and ready to solve any doubts you may have, overall very good service

The repairs they were making were very advanced at night, there were leaks in any case

External noise, lack of soundproofing, ineffective heating, unresponsive staff to requests, took two days to get a plant-based milk, breakfast is not varied and starts very late since tours in Cusco start very early (between 03:45 and 06:00 in the morning). Very poor amenities, weak hairdryer that shuts off due to overheating, shower with low pressure and either very hot or cold water

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good location. They detected a problem in our room and moved us to a larger room without us requesting it. Top-notch service!
