The dirty kitchenette counter, floors and cupboards, carpet in hallway outside my room was soaking wet, cups were dirty, no hand towels or flannels. 2 towels that were stained, chairs in living area that were all broken and wobbly, shower head had mold on it, no blankets on bed, just 3 sheets. Room was so cold. Staff weren't helpful when trying to find my room, then finding out it was in the neighboring building and yet still no one to help me find where exactly I was sleeping. Was so very confusing.
