I had breakfast at the main building, went in about 7am and the food was cold so I didn't enjoy that much. I got a complimentary late check out for 2pm. Plan was to have a lie in after breakfast to rest up. Well Housekeeping said nope! Knocked on my door at about 10am and just kept knocking for up to a minute. Ruined my Sunday nap. These are the 2 reasons y I won't rate exceptional.

The first time I came in 2022 I stayed at the main building this time I stayed at the Gardens and I stayed at signature it was wonderful the staff are always world class so as the food and the entertainment.
