Think twice before you book here!! I had a confirmed booking, but when I arrived the manager said “Oh, I’m sorry sir, the hotel is full. We don’t have a room for you.” They took me to a substandard hotel down the street where there was just a trickle of water coming from the bathroom tap, barely enough to wash your hands, let alone to shower. It was already night; so I had no choice but to accept that room. Very unprofessional and unethical behavior. A booking means nothing at this hotel. If they can rent the room for a higher rate than what you’re paying then they won’t hesitate to send you packing somewhere else.
