It’s well appointed and bed is comfortable. Location from train station is excellent and easy walk to waterfront. Staff I saw very nice.

It’s so loud. Basically like being on the (very busy) street. Ear plugs and white noise machine provided … Was advertised as a loft bed to be fair but be aware it is a genuine ladder climb up which was a bit different.

Not as advertised. The air conditioning was useless. Communication was non existent.

I was slightly concerned about security since my code to the building/elevator was the same as my code to my room. Even though that makes it easy, if someone followed me in and paid close enough attention at the door and the elevator, they could get into my room.
