Not having an elevator and having to climb to the 4th floor with suitcases.

It was really hard to get into the building, we would not have found the property only for the taxi driver. The road out front was all torn up and had heavy machines working. The unit was not what was advertised. The kitchen was upstairs and the sleeping, bathroom down 16 stairs. Very disappointing. Plus no complementary Tea or Coffee plus no shops close to buy any.

The sofa bed was broken, the two nights were very uncomfortable. The dishwasher was also broken and there was no scrubber to wash the dishes by hand. The bathroom had underfloor heating with excessive heat that could not be regulated. There were no teaspoons in the kitchen. Few details in general.
