Musty mouldy smell that comes from the bathroom. Bed very hard and uncomfortable. No lighting turned on in the hallways. Pool area very run down

The tub was half broke and no hot water wasn’t even warm. I checked out not even 24 hours after check in mostly for this reason when I did I got empty platitudes and charged 75 cents for a mini bar soda.

No TV remote, no telephone, hair dryer as per request, refrigerator not clean from previous guest.just 1 mirror at the toilet, plug near bed is to loose.
