The staff was extremely friendly! The reception is open 24/7 and they are always ready to help you, they also enjoy a spontaneous chat and do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Two very friendly people! The rooms and the rest of the hotel are very clean, there was nothing to complain about. Moreover, the location is also good. A 25-30 minute walk from the center (but with 10-15 minutes you are already in the nice neighborhoods) makes the location very pleasant. The Tirana airport is a 30-minute drive away. The pool was very refreshing and deep, allowing you to cool off after a hot day in the city.

We had booked the Suite and this room was somewhat disappointing... The air conditioning worked, but not as it should, it did not cool the room enough to give a truly fresh impression. In addition to the main light, we had no other option for lighting in our room, the small lights that were there all did not work. Also, the minibar had seen better days, as it was the warmest area in the whole room, so the drinks could not stay cold. Paying extra for warm/lukewarm drinks seems quite sad to me. Furthermore, there was never hot water in the morning under the shower and at the tap in the bathroom. However, in the evening, this was not a problem at all and worked properly. For a 4-star hotel, these are things that should not be so deficient.

I really felt very comfortable here. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, so I felt welcome from the very first moment. The location is also really good - many things in Tirana can be easily reached on foot. For me, the hotel was a perfect starting point to explore the city. I would come back anytime!

I would like to make one critical point despite all appreciation: We live in the year 2026 and I believe that if one decides to keep animals, they should also be housed in a species-appropriate manner. A cockatiel alone in a much too small cage and two goldfish in a small round bowl on the counter really saddened me. Especially in an otherwise so hospitable house, I would hope that this care is also given to the animals kept there. Here too, the operators bear responsibility for the well-being of the animals.

Worn room, defective refrigerator. Really bad breakfast with lack of food cooling, one coffee machine for everyone, insufficient lighting in the room, noise from small pool area.

The breakfast was a bit boring.

I thought I wouldn't like the breakfast here, but it turned out to be very good! The waiters and the front desk staff were very good, very friendly. The hotel's location is great, the surroundings are very exquisite.

The room was smaller than expected, there was no rack to hang clothes, a bit disappointing in this aspect.

Not a private pool as stated, but a pool used by all rooms. Rooms upstairs without elevator. Worn condition in the bathroom (shower only one door, no deep cleaning, mold-like spores). Breakfast was not necessarily rich and rather unappetizing, partly 'over' (butter packets that were rancid, no butter the next day). Breakfast was also not ready at the start of breakfast.
