Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing, especially considering its high rating and overall reputation. When I arrived for check-in, there was only one employee working at the front desk, while a line of approximately seven people was waiting. For a hotel of this level, I found this to be very unprofessional and poorly organized. The next day, I needed to get a wristband at the pool in order to access the beach at the sister property. The pool opened at 8:00 AM, so I arrived shortly after opening, expecting a smooth and organized process. However, the staff member at the pool was not there, and I had to wait. This was particularly frustrating because the wristband was necessary to use the beach facilities. Overall, I was disappointed with the level of service and organization. The hotel has a great location and beautiful facilities, but the service did not meet the standard I would expect from a property with such a high rating. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the staffing, communication, and organization, because the hotel has a lot of potential.
