Super clean! The bed and bedding are 100000% the best I’ve ever slept in. Spacious room and bathroom. Restaurant and bar on site. Reservation desk was friendly, also great location

Not all staff were attentive. Restaurant staff were not horrible but not great. Left the impression that they didn’t want to be at work. Kind of weird.
The property was clean. The staff was really great, and it was great on location walking distance from a lot of good restaurants. A lot of great sightseeing and the property had really nice restaurants and rooftops and easy to access their amenities.

The only thing I didn’t like is the elevators were small so only four people are allowed on the elevator at a time and it takes a while for the elevator to come so granted it is a smaller boutique hotel so that was it and then the phone in the room didn’t work maybe I didn’t know how to work it but other than that, it was great

The hotel does not have a restaurant where you can have breakfast, which is included, and there was never any certainty from the workers on how that worked. We spent 1 hour between the rooftop and the café figuring out how and where we should have breakfast. The rooftop only has brunch on weekends starting at 11am which conditions the breakfast time. And the café on the first floor does not offer breakfast options. They only have bread and coffee.

The rooms we were given were too small. They had no windows, only small windows very close to the ceiling that do not allow ventilation. The other room we took didn't even have windows, only glass facing the interior of the building and couldn't be opened.
