The bed is not comfortable at all, very hard... There are no parking spaces for large cars like GMC XL inside the hotel; you have to park them behind the hotel. The AC, at 2 am, becomes very hot for an hour and a half. In short, the hotel is rated 4 stars and needs to be rated again to meet the needs of 4 stars.
Clean, new, and helpful staff. There is underground parking B1 & B2, with no issues finding a spot at any time. However, on the first day, it was difficult to find the parking entry as it is under the nearby bank. I checked in late around 3:00 am but didn't face any issues. Check-in and later checkout were easy and smooth. The Mall of Oman is very close, and direct access to Muscat highway makes it easy to go to any place in Muscat efficiently without issues.
