The property was lovely. It is a 15 minute walk into town but when it is hot it feels longer! Dinner can be had by prior arrangement.

We adored Courtney Lodge! The staff were amazing, the location was terrific, the grounds were superb, the food was excellent. We were within walking distance of the Falls and the property was super charming. Our host was extra accommodating, helping us to sort out the details of a tour that we had organised from Australia which was very helpful and much appreciated.

I'm struggling to say anything here - our stay was perfect in every way. Possibly the only criticism I could make is that drivers charging USD10 for a 1.5km fare into town seemed excessive and it would have been a lovely touch for the Lodge to offer a shuttle service in the evenings (when we were advised not to walk due to local wildlife) but that's just an idea.

They helped me with all my ground arrangements where I wanted to do some activities in Zambia, visit the falls, airport transfer. Thank you team for a star experience!

We loved our stay at The Courtney Lodge! The accommodation was fabulous with beautiful grounds and lovely shared spaces which made for an incredibly relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful - nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They answered every email so promptly before we arrived, and helped organise all our trips, transfers and taxis during our stay. We were sorry to leave this tranquil oasis. We would highly recommend The Courtney Lodge. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

You need to pay dinner in cash and no any change. However we have paid tipping to dinner server already. No hot water around 21:00, We have to take shower early.

“Out Of Africa” feeling. A beautiful walled garden and staff who make you feel so welcome that you feel like you are coming home. Sim and Ignatius were so helpful with all our bookings and all of the staff took such good care of us. Dinner was a highlight and the breakfasts were delicious. We highly recommend a stay at Courtney Lodge. We are hoping to go back again one day!
