Very well-equipped apartment in a quiet residential area slightly above the sea (about 8 minutes walk to the nearest beach). Large gas stove, nice dishwasher, large refrigerator with spacious freezer. Kettle, coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, ample supply of dishes, glasses, kitchen utensils, dish soap, scouring agent, cleaning supplies. A large Teflon pan was purchased especially for me! - Well-functioning air conditioning in every room - Water hose in the garden: with which I could clean my diving equipment Although the owner lives next door, the apartment management is taken care of by Mile Tree Realty, which is very easily reachable via WhatsApp. The boss Trudi and her team do an excellent job, are very friendly and helpful. The hot water problem and other issues were resolved very quickly. I had difficulties with the stiff controls of the dryer. This was explained to me during a personal visit the next day. Simply perfect!

-During a 39-day stay, the apartment was only cleaned twice, and the bed linen and towels were changed -Only basic hand soap was provided, and toilet paper for about 10 days, extended for another week after protest. After that, I had to provide my own toiletries. Toilet paper, shower gel, and shampoo should definitely be included at this price!! -In the first two weeks, there was often no hot water in the evenings. Reason: For reasons of economy, the additional boiler of the solar system was simply switched off!! -Apartment very far from the nearest supermarket (Massy), an hour's walk there and back! Not recommended at all without your own vehicle!! Tricky parking: When you want to open the entrance gate, the vehicle must be parked close to the house wall, which means that the trunk cannot be opened. If you want to open the trunk, the entrance gate cannot be opened. Very neglected garden: It can be seen that it can be done differently at some neighboring villas.

If you wish to market to an upscale client, here are my suggestions. Multiple pillows thicker than the sheets. A guide showing local areas within walking distances as well as recommendations for local services. It would also be nice to explain how you summon a taxi to a house with no street address per se, just a house name. Not sure this can be remedied but the bedroom storage is problematic at best. What is accessible won't fit a standard-sized hanger and much of the storage cannot be accessed without a ladder. Lastly, access to a grill would be kind of cool.

Very nice apartment. Trudi couldn't have been more helpful and attentive - nothing was too much trouble. And Malcolm the owner lives right next door so if there were any immediate issues he was right there. Great location, just five minutes to the beach with amenities, bars, and restaurants close by - brilliant!

The only thing I missed was a chopping board in the kitchen but that's so minor!
