Initially, we were assigned a room facing directly onto the street. For those who, like us, value peace and quiet and want to enjoy a good night's sleep without disturbances, this can be a real issue, as traffic noise is practically constant, both day and night. We therefore requested a different room, and fortunately, the reception staff accommodated our request without any problems. Regarding the staff, our first impression was not particularly positive. The younger receptionists seemed rather rushed and not especially welcoming. However, the gentleman working the following shift was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful, which made a noticeable difference to our experience. Another aspect that we found quite unpleasant was the inspection of the cleaning staff's and other employees' bags at the end of their shifts, just as they were leaving the hotel to go home. These checks were carried out in full view of guests, near the reception area. Personally, I found this practice rather uncomfortable to witness and somewhat disrespectful towards the employees, almost as though they were being treated with suspicion. I fully understand that every hotel may have its own security procedures, but I believe such inspections should be conducted more discreetly and with greater consideration for the dignity of the staff, rather than putting them in potentially embarrassing situations in front of guests. Finally, the beds are quite small for two people, especially for someone with a larger build like myself. The mattresses could also be more comfortable. Overall, our stay was satisfactory, but there are definitely some areas that could be improved, particularly regarding room comfort, the friendliness of certain reception staff members, and the way internal staff procedures are handled. With a little more attention to these details, the hotel could offer a much more pleasant experience for both guests and employees.

Aspectos para mejorar: - las fundas de las almohadas estaban sucias cuando me entregaron la habitación. Sin embargo pedí el cambio y las cambiaron inmediatamente -Deberían tener utensilios para lavar la loza - La cafetera no estaba limpia cuando me entregaron la habitación. Tenía pegotes en la parte interna donde se coloca el agua

On entend parfois les voisins que ce soit à travers la porte d'entrée ou entre la baie vitrée et le mur.

Não ter ar condicionado, as Janelas do imóvel não se abrem ( o ap é hermeticamente fechado). A televisão é pequena, antiga e sem hub de acesso a plataformas de Streaming. O quarto é todo iluminado com luz indireta e é consideravelmente escuro durante o dia e a noite, algo que pode causar muito desconforto a pessoas com baixa acuidade visual. A cozinha não tem panelas e acessórios, sendo impossível cozinhar propriamente no local.
