The staircase is a bit small

The location is good, there was gel and shampoo in the room, no bedbugs or cockroaches noticed. Since the window overlooked the courtyard, adjacent to another building, it was fairly quiet from the street

If you arrive earlier than the required time, they charge extra for early check-in, even though the room is ready. In other hotels in Ho Chi Minh City, they check you in right away without any questions. I paid extra for the view from the window, formally it was there, but in fact it wasn't. The room was a bit dirty and tired, it was unpleasant to stay in. Noisy, people were constantly shouting in the staircase near the reception desk, woke up several times during the night. The shower was leaking, causing water in the bathroom. Some may argue that the hotel's price range is low and therefore these negatives are justified, but if there were hotels in the same price category in the same location that were much better.
