The team are amazing. We arrived a day late due to the delights of flying United but I kept in contact with the team at the Aspen Alps and they were understanding and supportive. Housekeeping were brilliant, polite, thorough and engaging if needed. We couldn’t have chosen a better place for our trip visiting family, location was great for town as well as their home. Thank you all at Aspen Alps for your hospitality.

Unfortunately the apartment didn’t have air conditioning but the team had put a stand alone unit in 1 bedroom. There were fans but with temperatures exceptionally high it wasn’t great comfort. However that was not the fault of the team.

The apartment needs a little bit of love: pictures in the frames are coming off, the bathtub sealant needs to be replaced, the paint of the bathtub is coming off.
Spacious, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to gondola. Includes washer and dryer. Two full bathrooms is a plus.

There were no basic spices for cooking or storage containers for leftovers, but these are not deal breakers.
