* I did not like at all the fact that there was almost no natural light in the room. We stayed on the ground floor, and the roller blind could not be opened because there was not even a curtain, so anyone passing by on the street or entering the accommodation could see perfectly into the room. This made us feel very uncomfortable * There was no towel rack, which was quite inconvenient. * On the first day, we went to the beach and left the air conditioning on so that the room would be cool when we returned, considering the very high temperatures. When we returned, we noticed that the cleaning ladies had turned it off, probably to save energy. I believe that as long as guests pay for accommodation, they should be able to decide when to use the air conditioning, especially in periods of very high temperatures. * The towels were not changed even once during a week, and neither was the bed linen. * The room was not vacuumed or cleaned properly during the stay. Not even the sink was cleaned. * The most serious and unpleasant aspect was that money disappeared from the room. We left 10 € on the table, next to our personal belongings, and after the cleaning ladies entered the room, the money disappeared. Later we were told that it was taken because it was thought to be the city tax. However, this is not plausible, as the city tax, amounting to 42 €, had already been paid on the first day. Unfortunately, the owner was not sufficiently involved in resolving the situation and returning the 10 €. Although the amount is not large, the fact that personal money disappeared from the room is the most serious problem for us and significantly affected our trust and sense of security during the stay.
