The sign of Hot tub hour is 9 AM to 9 PM, but it closes at 5 PM during the off-season. We chose this place only for the outdoor hot tub, but we can't use it. The room was very outdated and had numerous issues. There were NO USB chargers at all. Some wall outlets didn't work or would spark when plugged in. Maybe the building is poorly constructed, but the noise from the next room and footsteps on the floor above echoed so loudly that it woke me up even though I was sleeping. A toilet would only flush if you held down the flush button for a long time. It's located right behind the Hotel W, so the noise from the hotel events was quite loud. We contacted 5 different office staff about 5 different issues. None of them were helpful. Person A: We were overcharged and he couldn't fix it. We finally got around to asking Booking.com support. Person B: She showed us a map with our room marked upon check-in, but she didn't give us the map! When we asked for the map, she gave us another map without our information on it. ??? Person C: When we checked in, they didn't give us any Wi-Fi information, so we texted about it and were told it was the hotel name + room number. We realized the person hadn't given us the password, so we asked again and were told it was the same as the network name. When we tried to connect, we couldn't find the network with our room number, so we asked again and were told that every room had its own network. However, we could only find networks for only five rooms or so. We feel the person was useless and we connected to the network for a nearby room. Person D: I stopped by the office for asking a simple question. His answers were so strange and he scared me. Person E: We told him the barbecue grill wasn't working. He said he'd be there right away, but he never showed up. We went back to the office and found out he had already closed the office and gone before 5 PM, which was office hours.

Impeccably clean, fully equipped kitchen, spacious enough for 6 people. Grounds kept beautiful, gondola to Aspen Mountain within 5 minutes walk, excellent hiking trails, John Denver Santuary within walking distance, City Market near by… excellent location.
