The staff at this hotel are very, very friendly and welcoming! I got a nice room, for which I am very grateful. It was totally clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was very rich and provided an optimal start to the day, combined with a beautiful view over the rooftops of the old town. The location is top! Very central and in the midst of the vibrant life of Hanoi. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable here. My flight was only in the evening at 11 pm and I was even allowed to shower again at the hotel! This is really not a matter of course and true luxury! Thank you so much!

Unfortunately, after 3 nights, I had to catch my flight back home, as I would have liked to stay longer 😃
