Great location, excellent staff. A bit run down. We were expecting a buffet breakfast, however, one day. Long wait due to no buffet. Spa was a disappointment, needs an upgrade.

Huge pool, clean and tidy
Fantastic location, right opposite the Angkor Museum which is well worth a visit. It is very easy to walk into town and very cheap ($2) to get a Tuktuk. Right next door is a very well-stocked supermarket. Staff welcome was excellent, very professional and informative, plus a light welcome drink and cold towel.

Not quite as clean as would be expected for 5*, some of the facilities were a little tired e.g. tap in the bathroom was loose in its fitting, loo seat loose and in need of replacement.
