The room had a very comfortable bed and nice decor. Excellent views of nature from the window. The communal kitchen is very clean and has all the appliances and utensils needed to cook your own meals. The back porch is fantastic with beautiful views of the greenery. The location is spot on, with nearby parks, bus stops and good long walks to cafes and restaurants. It is a very relaxing place to stay.

Tea, coffee, salt, pepper - were a pleasant surprise as we didn't have to go to the store late in the evening when we arrived. Soap, shampoo, conditioner - all there. Cozy courtyard with flowers and greenery. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows. Quiet at night and no noise from the streets.

Very good cleanliness both in the room and in the common areas. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the room included a sink and toilet! Fairly pleasant large house.

The bed is not the most comfortable and, personally, the decoration is not to my taste.

The host was communicative and easy to access. There were good suggestions on buses. I appreciated that the hosts weren't intrusive or social apart from being hosts. I enjoyed the backyard and the house feel. The bathroom upstairs was clean and nice except the tub was not available.

The location was easy to get to but there aren't many amenities very close.
