This reservation was NOT USED. The room was unclean. Smelled of smoke and unusable. The amount paid MUST BE REFUNDED. The desk clerk refused to give her name - I Do have a picture of her. The staff did help carry the luggage to the lobby for the unusable room. A FULL REFUND IS EXPECTED IMMEDIATELY.
