The self check in didn’t work so I had to walk to the main hotel to get our key cards. Not ideal when it’s 4pm and you have been travelling since 4am
An oasis of calm just off a very busy area of Innsbruck. Good air conditioning, it was very hot in Europe during our stay, clean, comfortable and spacious property. Our room was very quiet, we had a balcony room facing the rear. Very good shower, very modern facilities that worked well. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and a breakfast at the main hotel only a short walk away. Breakfast variety was fantastic!

The location in the middle of the old town with a window facing a courtyard was perfect. Central and yet quiet with the possibility to sleep with an open window. The shower is very nicely done and of high quality. There was a powerful hairdryer. The lady at the hotel reception was very friendly.

The self-check-in directly at the property did not work, so we had to check in at the nearby hotel. In the room, there was only a small open shelf with a few hangers, making it difficult to store clothes neatly. There was also no shelf for shampoo and shower gel in the shower. The designations 'holiday apartment' and 'kitchen' are misleading. It is a normal hotel room with a small refrigerator, a kettle, a coffee machine with coffee capsules, two cups, and two glasses (one of which was chipped at the edge). There is no cutlery, a wooden stick serves as a 'spoon'.
