The room was overall not super clean. The floor was dusty and the shower leaks a lot. One of the pillows felt like it was already used

Poor service! I was not allowed to check in 1 minute earlier and had to ask multiple times for the shower gel, shampoo, and hairdryer mentioned in the description. I was promised daily and got nothing afterwards!
