Το κατάλυμα παρείχε μόνο τα απολύτως απαραίτητα (πετσέτες, κλινοσκεπάσματα, σαπούνι χεριών και υγρό πιάτων), χωρίς κάποια επιπλέον παροχή που θα έκανε τη διαμονή πιο άνετη. Βέβαια το έγραφε στην περιγραφή και στις αξιολογήσεις οπότε ήρθα προετοιμασμένη έχοντας μαζί μου πιστολάκι μαλλιών και σαμπουάν/αφρόλουτρα. Η καθαριότητα ήταν σε ικανοποιητικό επίπεδο. Δυστυχώς, το πρόβλημα που αντιμετώπισα ήταν η πολύ έντονη δυσοσμία από την αποχέτευση, η οποία ήταν συνεχής και σε σημείο που έκανε τη διαμονή ιδιαίτερα δυσάρεστη και έδινε την αίσθηση ανθυγιεινού χώρου. Επιπλέον, κάθε πρωί ξυπνούσα από τον έντονο θόρυβο του νερού στις σωληνώσεις και στα καζανάκια των επάνω διαμερισμάτων, γεγονός που επηρέαζε σημαντικά την ποιότητα του ύπνου μου. Συνολικά, δεν θα επέλεγα ξανά το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα.

The location is great; just around the corner from the bus stop so getting to Heraklion and the airport is easy. There are lots of shops and restaurants around. The room was clean and comfortable. There is also a little kitchen area.

The bathroom is a little small so if two people are staying in the room, there wouldn't be a lot of space for toiletries, towels, etc. There is no hairdryer.
