Everything was as described no complaints.
We had a great stay! The apartment is lovely, very well located and has amazing views.

If we had been informed of the city wide electrical outages, the toilets didn't work during water outages, and we wouldn't receive more than 1 towel per person during our 5 day trip.

I ended up stranded in Puerto Rico missing a flight due to a frontier delay and was very well taken care. Response time was amazing. We did run into some issues with the room that I booked. But it was taken care of immediately.. being stuck on an island with your daughter and not being able to come home I was very happy on how I was treated and how the situation was handled

The property was perfect, just steps away from the beach and walking distance from restaurants, grocery store and next door Foxwoods Casino. The room had the perfect view very clean. Fully stocked with necessities.The moment we walked in there was Spa music playing, and it smelled divine. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Honestly no better place I’d rather stay. I’ll be back soon.
