It is very close to the light rail station to go to downtown or the Reliant stadium, being able to leave the car in place. It is an extended stay so it has a kitchen and office. If necessary, they offer cooking utensils.

It was clean for being older. They don't serve hot breakfast. The coffee tasted like water. My lock did not work and I felt unsafe. The latch on top did work. It needs an upgrade.
The staff was very helpful. Our room was changed due to a storm coming, but the staff went out of their way to correct the mistake and made us very comfortable.

The breakfast was terrible. A couple of instant oatmeal packets, some coffee, and a small muffin. Plus our room was right next to a very noisy and busy street. The window basically looked out onto the street.
