An exceptional stay from start to finish! The entire hotel support team is warm, incredibly kind, and super responsive. The room design is stunning and immaculate—honestly cleaner than what you typically find even in Japan. The shower has fantastic water pressure. The breakfast and overall food quality are outstanding - small variations every day, with Pho noodles over weekends! Location-wise, it’s super convenient with a 7-Eleven, Ministop, and FamilyMart all just steps away. My only minor complaint is that the pillows were a bit too high, but everything else was so wonderful that it barely matters. Easily one of my best hotel experiences yet!
