On the first day, there was no TV in the room, and when I asked, they said it was under repair. I requested to change the room, but they said the TV would be installed the next day, so I reluctantly agreed. There was no toilet paper. The next day, after touring the city, I returned to the hotel and checked if the TV had been fixed. They said it was, but upon entering the room, I found out that the TV was still missing. The room was also left as it was when I left, without being cleaned. I complained at the front desk and got a room change. Although other amenities were in place, there was no refrigerator. The amenities listed for your hotel were not accurately provided.

The location was good, close to KL Sentral mall, providing easy access to the LRT. There were also some restaurants nearby and a KK Mart next door. The street could get lively on weekend nights. It was only about a 5-minute drive to Little India.

We arrived about an hour later than the specified time, but our room was still not ready. We had to wait for almost 20 minutes for the cleaner to finish. When we entered, the floor was wet, giving off an unpleasant smell. The toilet seemed only splashed with water. In the evening, there was a strong cigarette smell on the floor, reaching our room. The air conditioner was not cooling properly. Despite informing the staff, the response was lackluster. Overall, it was a disappointing experience due to delayed room readiness and cleanliness issues.
The location is good, but the hotel is below average. They did not provide an extra blanket, and the bed was too small. They asked for an additional fee for early check-in despite room availability. I was really disappointed with this experience. Fortunately, I only booked this room for one night.
