1- The room design is very bad, as the main door and the bedroom door open right in the middle of the bed! 2- Most components of the room are damaged... the wardrobe door is broken and lacks a towel rack, the sink faucet is loose, the kettle is damaged, the bathroom mirror is broken, the curtain does not work, and the toilet siphon leaks. 3- I had to kill two small cockroaches in the bathroom!! 4- The worst experience ever, dealing with the staff upon departure was extremely difficult, especially at exactly two o'clock in the afternoon. They cut off the internet service and my wife had to wait at the reception with the luggage at exactly two o'clock, and they did not allow her to stay in the room for an extra hour under the pretext of preparing the room for a new visitor, even though the room, as I mentioned, was very small and did not need hours to be prepared.
