The location is great - very central - yet quite quiet - very easy to reach!!! Apartment is very spacious. Everything you need in the immediate vicinity - e.g. supermarket right outside the door. Key handover and contact very friendly and without complications.

Cleanliness really needs to be addressed urgently!!! We found actual hairballs - the couch and pillows are stained - and worst of all, the carpet in the living room is so dirty, stained, and not vacuumed that it actually needs to be disposed of!!! Bedrooms were okay in terms of cleanliness. The bathroom is totally moldy. So, really in need of improvement!!!!

Super central location in the old town, everything quickly and easily accessible, yet quiet. Supermarket right outside the door. Sufficient fans and 2 balconies, even in high heat, you could ensure good ventilation. Kitchen is top equipped: toaster, Senseo coffee machine, microwave, stove with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.

Sufficient fans and 2 balconies, even in high heat, you could ensure good ventilation. Kitchen is top equipped: toaster, Senseo coffee machine, microwave, stove with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.
There were no coffee spoons 🥄 and only one cake plate on site. We then bought spoons. The door of the guest toilet could not be closed (door latch jammed), but there was still a bathroom with shower and toilet, which was sufficient for us. Unfortunately, doors were missing from one wardrobe, but the wardrobe was clean and usable!

Missing tableware and cutlery. The pillows. The dishwasher had dirty dishes when we arrived. I imagine it was a mistake of the previous tenant and whoever cleaned before we arrived didn't notice.

We had no towels, only shower towels and one duvet for 2 people. We were 4 girlfriends and didn't want to sleep in pairs under one duvet, but despite asking, we didn't get duvets or towels. We only had 3 chairs for 4 people, the apartment is very cramped, and the cooking utensils were dirty and scratched.
