  • Service7.5

Limited service availability (no service after ~6pm) as noted by the guest; service level below expectations in the evenings.

  • Location9.5

Very central and convenient location (positive), but significant outside noise from people and garbage trucks outside the window affected sleep.

  • Room Quality10.0

Updated rooms with AC, comfortable and minimalist vibe; room had most things guest needed.

  • Amenities8.0

No-frills property: basic amenities present (basic breakfast) but drawbacks include parking challenges and necessary stairs due to below-ground lobby.

Great basic breakfast reported by guest (simple but satisfactory).

  • Overall Experience9.5

Generally a great, no-frills stay with comfortable, updated rooms and central location; however outside noise and limited evening service detracted somewhat.
