We stayed for three nights and never received any towels, and the garbage wasn't taken out even once. We also found a receipt from another guest on the floor in a very visible spot. The number of incidents suggests there are significant shortcomings in the cleaning.

The room was very tiny but also very functional. Worth it to be able to stay in that area. It made everything else easier while we were there.

The room was not as promised. Please have a mirror in the room. There are 2 tiny mirrors in the toilet which are way too higher for my height. Also the toilet is super tiny, it's impossible to use the bathroom mirror anyway.

The breakfast was great! Just add some Skyr in the fridge into the room, or keep it as it is. However, the breakfast was amazing. The location is amazing, for sure! Right in the city center, and really close to everything. We really can't complain about anything besides the shower....and I really hope they fix that quickly. Cause everything about our stay was so good, and we might just return in a couple of years. Loved it!

The bathroom, Im sad to say. The shower was TINY. The bathroom itself was fine, the sink and toilet work just fine, but the shower at this place is bad...sorry! The shower basin itself is tiny, and the handle for the shower kept falling down (which was heavy btw, you could easily hurt your feet if you don't keep an eye on where the shower handle ends up when it falls off the handle), but other than that, the bathroom was fine.

Excellent location that made pickup for tours very easy (bus stop #8 at Hallgrimskirkja) and amazing communication from staff (shoutout Vladimir). Location was very walkable, so we loved exploring cafes around the area like Brauð & Co and Reykjavik Roasters
