That the hot tub didn’t get hot and was basically just a tub.
The house is located in a secluded area. It's great if you prefer privacy, less great if you don't have a car to go to a restaurant or shop. Good bus access to the city. A few steps to the sea. The house itself is very spacious and well-equipped.
