Needs more dishes, smaller pots, bakeware, pot holders, tea towels. The dryer is very slow.

Despite our many efforts, it was a challenge to contact the owner/condo manager. Only one pool towel, numerous requests for another went unanswered. Huge waste of time and effort while we were on vacation. Digital key pad for entrance door was unreliable. Challenging lighting at entrance to read numbers on key lock box. Kitchen was lacking basic cooking pots.

Very nice apartment with all the comforts of home. Bed and couch were comfortable. The atmosphere was laid back and quiet. The grounds and pool were kept up beautifully. Grocery shopping at la comer is just down the street too far for me to walk but only a $4.00 uber ride. Users are easy to use and very quick with less than a 5min. Wait to and from this location.

Not much hot water. You have to shower quickly! Get your hair done first or you won't have enough hot water to get the cream rinse out. Other than that I loved my stay.

9 lights were out, and it took 3 days to get fixed. Limited kitchen supplies. No wash clothes. Sliding screens doors not functional. Off track and in need of repair. Bed sheets need replacing, fitted sheet would not stay on, too small and elastic shot. Two kitchen drawers off tracks making them difficult to pull out. No water filter on kitchen sink and no 5 gal water dispenser as other units have.

This location was perfect. Right out the patio door you could see the ocean which was just steps away. The condo was fully stocked with everything you would need for enjoying your stay, Even a washer and dryer for those little emergencies. The security guard at the gate was very helpful and able to answer several of my questions about local sites.
