Le personnel est extraordinaire ! D’une bienveillance et d’une attention exemplaire ! Adorable et qui plus est un très bon anglais ! Peut être l’un des meilleurs croisé durant notre périple. L’emplacement est parfait , le petit déjeuné tout autant. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Et encore merci pour les petits cadeaux bonus pour notre fille de 3 ans !

I love this place. It feels like coming home. I had read the staff were friendly but it doesn’t quite do it justice. They’re an absolute delight - they greet you in the morning with a coffee (if you’re always up too late for breakfast like me), they help you plan your day and then welcome you back with a smile and debrief when you return. Their English is also fantastic - which for all Chengdu’s magic, is not so common - so it’s a lovely respite for those with no Chinese or just elementary like mine. Aside from the staff, the rooms are beautifully designed, high spec and incredibly comfy. The location is great - very close to Wenshu monastery with many local tea shops/restaurants as well as chains a short stroll away. Thank you Sophie, Lucy, Bella and the rest of the team for a perfect stay. I hope to return one day very soon!
