Lacked table with chairs. We had to improvise with a sideboard. Mirror for getting ready. There was only one in the toilet and without lighting. Toilet paper only one roll. Iron was black underneath, impossible to iron clothes.

I had stayed at SPOT Jurerê before, but in a slightly smaller apartment. This one, having a "small living room," is more spacious, but has the same comfort as the other. Everything in order, organized, and fragrant, which I find important in a beach place. The corridors also smell great. Once again, it was very worth it! The location is excellent, almost facing the beach, and with several places to eat around. And in the building, there is a small and charming bar/restaurant, next to the pool, on the rooftop, with a beautiful view of Jureré beach. Wonderful stay, highly recommend!

In the apartment, there is a futon sofa in the small living room - just a heads up - not suitable for a third person to sleep!

The location is excellent, as well as the facilities. The apartments are very well equipped, with a modern and functional design. In addition, access is very convenient and secure, as during the stay a personal password is assigned to enter the building and the apartment.

During our stay, there was no cleaning service. Additionally, the replacement of sheets and towels had an additional cost, information that was not clearly indicated at the time of booking. It is the first time this has happened to us in this type of accommodation. We also had to take out the trash daily by ourselves. On the other hand, the building does not have staff at reception, which makes both the arrival and departure feel less welcoming and personalized.
