We had a very good stay here. The rooms were comfortable—nothing luxurious, and the bathrooms could be better—but everything else made up for it. The staff were excellent, really helpful and kind, and the breakfast was delicious. There’s no ice machine and a few small details could be improved, but overall we were happy with the hotel and enjoyed our time there.

The location is excellent, close to tourist attractions and transportation such as the tram. When staying at this hotel, you don't need a car. The rooms are a good size, the breakfast is varied, the staff is friendly. This is our second stay.

Only the receptionist this time was not nice and acted rudely when we asked to confirm the rooms (which was a pre-request during booking). He responded nervously unnecessarily and asked for passports rudely - this behavior may make me reconsider staying again.
Everything was liked! Excellent breakfast. Great location. Everything is nearby. Very convenient. Special thanks to Fatima for the cleanliness in the room. The pool and hammam work well.
