I love the location of the apartment. The area was very quiet and had security 24/7. The room it was was clean, and equipped with all basics necessities.

It's a very quiet and nice neighbourhood by the ocean, with a swimming pool and superb security. The room is really cozy and well equipped, with a nice selection of morning beverages.

The host wasn't even in the country during my stay. Upon arrival, no one was sent to collect payment. On the second day, the designated "security guide" who was supposed to take the money wasn't on duty before I left in the morning — I'm sorry, but I was not able to stay in the room and wait indefinitely to pay. Then to ensure the host could receive it, I made several calls to agree on a time, so that no one would have to wait extra hours unnecessarily. The host had promised to provide shampoo and shower gel upon payment, but when I returned to the property, no one was there to give me anything or receive the payment — only another security guide I didn't know. I ended up having to wait until the middle of the second night to settle the payment and receive the "courtesy". By the way, most Airbnb stays include these as standard amenities, yet the host referred to them as a "courtesy." It's truly baffling how someone can turn things upside down without any sense of accountability or shame. Also, the shower takes quite a while to heat up, and some of the hardware is starting to show its age.
