The staff does not take care of customer requests. I wrote that it was the woman's birthday for this occasion and no consideration, just an AI that writes the same thing every time and the staff sends you to reception, everything is done in a chain because there are so many people at reception. Not up to the standard of a hotel like this. The dirty windows of the room prevent taking beautiful photos.
