There are no facilities here, booking.com shows something else and their hotel looks different when you actually go there. They also charge more than booking.com. They will deduct extra bills from what booking.com shows at the time of check-in. The room size is extremely small, there is hardly anything to call a window, and there is always a musty smell inside the room.

There is nothing much to like here except that the food at their restaurant is somewhat good. The hotel facilities are very poor. They are charging 2300 taka more than the rate shown on booking.com initially. They are already charging me half a day's bill from quarter past twelve for a late check-out.

Hi this is AniKa.. The place was amazing and peaceful too. Everything was according to my expectation and my parents felt comfortable.. i went there for my upfront medical examinations due to applying visa and the Green crescent health service was there nearby.. so i chose West Valley.. but never thought that the overall service would be that good.. the room, complementary breakfast, manager and the other employees were really helpful and friendly.. specially a sister forgot to ask her name who is working as snack chef .. really camaraderie towards us❤️ all that i can this one day staycation was overwhelming in hotel west valley in Dhaka❤️💕👌🏻
