Uncomfortable bed with old mattresses and pillows that were deformed, without any consistency. Not even with two pillows was it comfortable. Bathroom with poor lighting and the door didn't close. Strange smell in the room, like old. Air conditioning that didn't work well. Horrible room soundproofing, basically non-existent.

So old. We didn't expect such an old room with stains on the carpet. Bathroom walls with molds/mildew. Smells musky. Will never stay in a Kempinsky hotel again!
