The only downside of the room: the drains from the room above are very noisy
The facilities and location, very close to the old town. The staff is very friendly and available to help you at all times, via WhatsApp. Upon arrival, they even upgraded us to a better room type, at no extra cost. The breakfast is varied and delicious. They have a free laundry service.
