Good location near the most relevant beaches of Da Nang, and also near other relevant focal points (various markets, Dragon Bridge, etc). The views are spectacular. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The price I paid was the highest of my entire trip in Vietnam and definitely the one that deserved it the least. Upon arriving early, I asked to be called when my room was ready, as I was quite tired. They never did, I ended up going after eating demanding information. In general, communication is not very smooth, especially because almost none of the staff speaks English fluently. Finally, on the second morning, I found a line of ants running through my room. Although they responded quickly to the demand, all they did was bring a man to sweep them, which obviously will not make them disappear. In general, they didn't bother me much as they were small, but I also found them in the bathroom and in the restaurant where breakfast is served (which by the way is not included and between that and the situation with the ants, I didn't return). The place is nice but they have to work hard to not end up becoming an old glory of Da Nang.
