The hotel corridors have a pungent dank smell. Reception staff were extremely ordinary. Continued their banal conversation with obvious friends in full vote and had no issue with the fact we were waiting to check in. So incredibly unprofessional and their blatant disinterest and arrogance was gobsmacking. If I could have, I would have left immediately!! Outrageously rude and they were so inept.

I stayed in room 01. This room should not be for guests. It backs onto the service lane and the hotel piles all of its garbage up directly outside the window. The room smelled really gross and the constant (and alarmingly close!) sound of rats squeaking and rummaging through garbage kept me up all night.
