Rooms are deceptively small, very cramped and not an acceptable size for 2 people. The bathroom is tiny and it was unclean.

Room without a window, and it's a bit stressful. The website offered a bicycle rental, but there was no such rental available.

The absence of a window in the room. The smell in the room from day 1 to day 4. The constant smell of cigarette from 6 am to 11 pm in the corridor, with guests who smoke in the room and leave their door open with TV full sound on and staff do nothing. The worn-down condition of the room. The aircon that is freezing cold irrespective of how you set it from 16 to 30 degrees. All the family rooms are apparently like this... Staff were most of the time useless, but offered a small discount as compensation and asked me to cancel my booking.com booking to apply it.
