Actually, the sleeping capsule was too tight for two people, it was very stuffy at night. The toilet and sink were full of hair.

Considering how expensive it is to stay in Copenhagen, the capsule is a good option for those of us who do not feel comfortable sharing a room with strangers as it allows for privacy. Sharing services and showers implies depending a bit on the civility of other guests and I found some toilets in poor condition, but the overall impression is of good and regular maintenance. The location is extraordinary; you leave the accommodation and you are right in Nyhavn, the tourist heart of the city. The check-in process is a bit laborious but effective.

The capsules provide privacy, but they are not soundproof at all, all external noises filter through. The light in the capsule was not working; to have a minimum of clarity I had to use the phone light or open the door slightly.

The concept of capsules is great in itself to enable affordable overnight stays. However, for what was offered, I found the price to be very high. The capsules were very hot and stuffy, so you had to sleep with the door open. There were no or only one hook in the showers and no possibility to put anything down, which made everything very inconvenient. There were hardly any options to store things, luggage storage on the ground floor also very expensive. The whole accommodation is not well thought out, lacking equipment and optimization.
